Reservation Confirmation

The reservation is confirmed once payment has been completed.
Please note that the validity of the credit card may be verified before guest arrival.
Payment will be made in the hotel’s currency: CLP / USD.
Payment must be made directly to the accommodation.

Children under 10 years old stay free of charge when sharing a room with an adult. Maximum one child per room.
Rates do not include taxes. Chilean residents and Chilean citizens must add 19% VAT to the room rate.
The CLP rate is approximate, and the USD exchange rate may vary at the time of payment.
Pets are not allowed, except those authorized under Chilean Law No. 20.025.
Checks are not accepted as a method of payment.
All rooms are non-smoking in accordance with Chilean Law No. 20.660.
In case of a No-Show, the corresponding amount in Chilean pesos plus 19% VAT will be charged.
Parking is subject to availability and is exclusively for registered hotel guests.
Hotel parking facilities may not be used by event attendees and are reserved only for hotel guests.
Reservations are non-refundable.
Reservation modifications and cancellations are only permitted up to 72 hours before check-in and must be requested via email.
Any damage caused to hotel rooms or facilities will be charged to the guest.
Only guests registered in the reservation are allowed access to the rooms.
Aggressive behavior toward other guests or hotel staff may result in immediate removal from the property without refund.
Late check-out may be subject to additional charges.
